Chippers 
 
Maris Bard – With white skin and flesh, these soft, waxy potatoes are suitable for boiling and mashing, and make great chips 
Victoria – A fish and chip shop favourite, Victoria are medium size potatoes with yellow flesh 
Sagitta – A relatively new variety, Sagitta are full flavoured, floury yellow skin cream coloured flesh potatoes that are said to make the world’s best chips!  
Jackets / Bakers / Boilers 
 
Marfona – Short and oval shaped, these yellow flesh potatoes make great mash 
Anna – Smooth, creamy fleshed potatoes that store and pack well 
Melody – Smooth skinned, yellow-fleshed potatoes suitable for boiling, mashing and wedges 
Harmony – Smooth and firm white-fleshed potatoes great for baking and mashing 
Packing/All Rounders 
 
Sifra – Round, smooth skinned white potatoes with creamy flesh 
Electra – A great storing/packing potato, Electra are versatile large potatoes with a medium yellow flesh  
Red Potatoes 
 
Shannon – Slightly waxy, with a white flesh, these are a tasty, versatile all rounder that makes fantastic jackets 
Mozart – A fairly new variety of red potato, Mozart have yellow flesh, and are perfect for boiling and mashing
